DOT Common Sense Fastener--or Turnbutton (Turn-Button) as it is commonly called

These are Nickel Plated Brass, most people think they are stainless steel, these are great for skirting usage, we also offer stainless steel for a slightly higher price.

Our Marine Turnbuttons go on with 2 stainless steel screws, very easy to do with a cordless drill.  These work great even on thin metal the base is 1-1/8" wide making it very stable.

Common Sense fasteners are positive locking fasteners that will never open accidentally. Each turn button studs are assembled with a spring mechanism, holding the fastener under tension until turned by hand.

We only use snaps on the ends of slideouts and under your front door
