We ONLY offer discounts in the summer! 

We NEVER NEVER DISCOUNT OUR SKIRTS IN THE WINTER, it's cold, windy and you usually want it done NOW so you can unthaw or not freeze up.  At that point we are booked up for a bit, you would have to wait, today the wait is minimal.
