When you order our  Skirt we don't hold back on the quality or the amenities with this skirt. It normally follows any body lines of your RV for good looks and there is more support in this area.

Turn-buttons, turnbuckles, twist snaps (real name is common sense fasteners) what ever you might want to call them, these are what we use every 12". They are attached with 2 stainless steel screws, there are very little problems with these, and are great compared to snaps.

The front is usually designed in 3 pieces so you have zippers at the corners for easy access and big doors, or we can put in a roll up door for you. There are normally 3 exterior stake down straps per piece.

In your sewer area there is a zipper for sewer access, with 2 zipper heads so that the opening is adjustable around your sewer line or pipe.  There are also zippers for your valves--we make these openings big enough to get into even if you have on a large jacket.

Slide-outs have 2 extra pieces of material on each corner inside just in case it might wear on the skirt or be sharp at the ends. We put snaps only on the ends where it slides in and out (if we put turn-buttons there it would rip them off). When possible we try to make the slide-out in one level piece. The corners of the bottom pockets are  cutouts so it's easy to slide in pipe or PVC pipe around the corners.

Back bumpers and ladders are cut around frame supports and Velcro holds the parts back together giving you a nice line around. If your license plate is in a recessed area we can go up and over to cover it or under, it is your choice.

In the door areas we make a slit for the steps, bring the material up in behind and snap it under your door--we use snaps her so you don't trip on the turn-buttons.

We have a few ways we can cover or go around your cabinets or openings, we can go straight across if you do not need access into them, can make drop down openings with Velcro or zippers so you have a nice straight top line but can access your doors, or we can go down and around if you are into these doors quite a bit and prefer not to bother with the skirt each time.

There is a 5" pocket on the bottom of the skirt for PVC or pipe, along this bottom pocket we back stitch about every 36 inches so if a thread is ever cut on the bottom it could not come loose all the way across, we supply 1-1/4" pvc pipe and cut it into 5' pieces for you, this makes it easy to store in the storage bags we offer.

Zippers are YKK #10, the heaviest and the best marine quality zippers on the market.  We double stitch them on and stitch over the top part aprox 6 times, if a zipper would come loose it would be from the top, with this much stitching we have not had a zipper come loose for this reason.

The thread normally used is black or white #92 Ultra Bond, UV protected, we can also us colors to match, sometimes colored thread is not as large and may fade out after some years. Colored thread costs more.

If you would like an extra zipper or 2 for one reason or another this is not a problem. There may be a slight extra charge per zipper.

Our skirts are measured at your wheels, we add on aprox 8"- 12"  extra for uneven RV Parks, if you don't need it, it rolls under out of sight, the stake down straps still work, they are 16" long. We can make the skirt longer if you wish or shorter if you don't plan to move your RV, the choice is yours.

Straps are 16" long, the material is rolled so there is 3 layers of material to nail through, it's strong, we can put these inside or out.  If you do not want to nail your skirt in place or are on cement you can supply sand bags in place of this.

8" galvanized nails hold the skirt in place even in high winds, we leave them up just a bit so if you have to move in the coldest of winters you can still get a good hold on the nail and pull it up.

We also make large hems on the ends where the zippers are for strength, we try to design these skirts to last for years.

Material used is all 18 ounce, we use Vinyl-Tex,  We have a few other materials we can use which are a bit more expensive, but not as strong.

The only real add on is an additional piece that separates the front 5th wheel part from the back part, there is an extra charge for this piece.
